I think people usually go by word of mouth, like who their friends or relatives used before. But maybe best is still to meet a few, see their past work, and check if they can work within your budget. Some showrooms or portfolios also help to see their style. I think whats important here is just don’t go for the cheapest lah, workmanship really matters.
