What’s the typical renovation timeline for a resale HDB vs a new BTO unit?

Resale flat takes around 8–12 weeks because there’s more work to it I think. From what I know BTO renos are faster, maybe like 6–8 weeks, unless you’re doing heavy carpentry or layout changes. All just how long it usually takes, can add buffer to it
