How did the final cost compare to your initial budget? And can you suggest your initial budget for a full-scale renovation of the condo?

It differs a bit. Most people end up spending more bcs there are always last minute changes. There are things like adding extra power points, tiles, or choosing better fittings. That’s why it is always good to set aside a buffer, at least like 10% to be safe.
