How did you set your renovation budget for HDB? What is the “normal” budget for these renovations?

U can start to list all important things, like kitchen, toilets, flooring, etc. Then get quotes from IDs or contractors to compare. 4 room HDB reno usually cost around $30k–$60k la. Prioritise what you really need, then add anything u want as long as th budget allows.
