We’re still here after handover.
After-sales and warranty service matter to us as much as the build. On every category and trade, warranty is up to 25 years on materials and 1 year on workmanship. Beyond that, we aim to look after your home for years to come, and to build a relationship with your family along the way.

What is Home Expo Asia?

How are you different from an open marketplace?
On an open marketplace, you take the risk of working with new contractors. We’re not an open marketplace. Every vendor, subcontractor and supplier we work with is verified and tested, and you deal with Home Expo Asia throughout, with 12+ trades in-house.
Are you still a vinyl flooring company?
Vinyl is where we started in 2022, and it’s still a category we love, with 200+ designs. It’s one of 12+ trades now.
How much can I save by going direct?
On a typical 4-room HDB, about $15k: roughly $55k through an ID vs about $40k going direct. Most homeowners save between $10k and $20k, depending on scope.
